• Units are made on a sewing machine using general measurements, so be sure to know your circumference. If unsure, take a tape measure and wrap around the perimeter of your head.

• There are no rush orders, all custom units are made in the order that a wig order is placed. Please allow 14-20 business days for you to receive your order. Allow 3 more business days for custom coloring.

• Payment is required prior to starting construction.

• Since all custom units are made specifically to your head measurements and is inspected prior to shipping, all sales are final. If you notice an issue with your unit once received, contact us immediately for us to rectify. 

• When requesting a custom color, you want to upload a photo that is as close to your desired look as possible. You may leave extra comments to give a better idea, but keep in mind the photo you upload is what the color will mainly be based off of. 

• Hair included in each unit:​​

  • 16" to 22": 3 bundles + Closure/Frontal

  • 24" and longer: 4 to 5 bundles + Closure/Frontal

  • Email for lengths longer than 32"

• All units are made with RAW hair and can last 3+ years with proper care.

• You have the option to have your unit shipped or installed. 

• For future reference, if the closure or frontal on your unit is old, replacement services are available and may contact us for more info.
